I acknowledge the stressor and think about whether I can really do anything about it. If I have done everything I could, it is what it is situation, and I just move on. Obviously it doesn’t work all the time, but over the years, it has become a lot easier.
Working out or having a de-stressor routine of some sort helps too.

Yes on workouts. Bottom line -seeking some mind body connection increases your focus with being in the present moment. That’s what most physical activities do (running, deep breathing techniques, walking, meditation, team sports).
The time with family and friends is supposed to be de-stressor. Try planning fun activities with family instead of viewing the down time as a chore.

Each level has their stressors and your responsibilities increase significantly at the Partner level. You don’t have much cover and everyone is expecting you to have the answer to whatever « thing » they are coming to you for.
Learn to handle what you can control and let go of what it outside your control. Besides, you can only influence how you react to events (… and not the people themselves being stupid about things)
Lastly, don’t let fools live rent free in your head
Some good advice in here, but also it’s JUST work. Prioritize self, family, friends, and then maybe work. Life is short, put your energy where it matters.
