I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. I think $130k+ is a fair ask for your skill set… it does help that many job postings now have pay ranges included. Have you looked into smaller companies that specialize in SF implementation? I feel like these places would typically have lower overhead compared to Booz Allen that allows them to afford higher pay.

All the banks use Salesforce, I pay senior level admins $125k plus bonus.

Have you been working with external recruiters? 130+ is definitely doable. It will be even more manageable if you’re open to contract.
Have you tried asking for a MSA? At booz senior developers are around 155-190k, mid is 110-155k, jr should be 75-110k. The range is based on your skill/performance/contract affordability
Unfortunately I’ve found that years of experience doesn’t dictate skill
