The main benefit of keto is you don’t have to be hungry, almost ever
What are you eating?
Trying to figure out where to start, I’ve done so many diets in the past successfully, but they always meant I would suffer performance wise at school or with sports, or I was on summer vacation (doing nothing). Once I started working, I’ve just kept gaining weight
Here’s how I do it:
1. Minimal fasting during work days
2. Always have plenty of keto calories with me
3. Manage tightly WHAT I eat but pay less attention to HOW MUCH and WHEN
Virtually never hungry
I always start by not limiting calories, and play with calorie deprivation once I’m on a roll. Also find exercising is key to putting me in a mind space of determination
