Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?
Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

I received an email from the HR at Monitor Deloitte that I've cleared the case round and a back to back discussion with partner and director of the team will be scheduled. Been almost 3 days since this email, haven't received asking for availability from the scheduling team. This for a role with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. How long do they typically take to schedule the final round of discussions? Do they eliminate candidates in this round?

Hi Guyz,
Any one from IBM ?
I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

The one I just went through took about 3 months. It was worth it though. What's yours?
What was the position?
4-5 months for an SE position at a dream company that made it worth it
Depends on the process, I’ve gone through 3 interviews that took months. Hour long each. Sometimes I felt they keep people in limbo just incase they didn’t find the right fit, their right fit. No one is a perfect so you never know what they are looking for, I don’t think in most cases they know. Anyway, while waiting keep looking. Sorry if that’s confusing. Interviewing is confusing ..😀 so don’t stress to much.
6 months and I was one of two remaining but they went with the other person.
It happens, it was a tough field. I ended up getting something else that is closer to what I truly enjoy.
I think 3 or 4 rounds has been the most for me.
2 months, for an assistant position, tests, onboarding process and more.
Was supposed to get hired early March 2020 but ended up lasting 6 months and 14 interviews.
4months
5 zoom calls within 1.5 weeks, which includes a final can for the official job offer. I was on a call daily. It was challenging but also extremely rewarding. I accepted the job and I’m very satisfied with the position so far!
