Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.
Hi fishies! Are there any recruiters from Facebook (Meta) who would be kind enough to review my resume and give me some feedback? From my perspective I’m a candidate for some of the roles I’ve recently applied for and also have experience as a contingent worker there and would like some honest feedback so I can reassess and reapply. Thanks so much in advance!

Usually it’s the big companies that check but typically they get them verified from their background check vendor. If you’re asked in the job application the schools and degrees you have then assume they will verify .
Generally background verification covers that and it is very easy to find if they do it. Even the closed colleges keep the records. And if it is affiliated to someone else they it's for sure there is.
Is it really wise to lie on a job application?
My job required a Bachelors degree but it never came up on my interview or background check 🤷♀️ I do have one so I could show them my diploma if asked, but nobody bothered.
What college is that? Lol
Good question!
A lot do.
Claiming a diploma from a closed college can be tricky. If an employer decides to conduct a background check or uses a third party, they may discover the truth. Many companies now also use databases that track educational documents, which can help identify fraudulent claims. Speaking of college, I recall one day when all my questions about my studies were simply solved. I had a question in geometry and it was really embarrassing for me. However, my friend recommended https://edubirdie.com/geometry-help this service and I was able to improve my grades. So, while it can be tempting to fake a diploma, the potential consequences - such as losing a job offer or facing a lawsuit - can be significant. As a general rule, it is best to be truthful about your educational background.
