How not to approach a recruiter on LinkedIn.

BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

"hire me or else"

Translation: “Please go ahead and do the work to hire me.”
I see no issue with this
So far EY is staying “on brand” 🤣

"You can't just apply to job openings. To get a job, candidates have to put themselves out there and network. Make those cold calls!"
"No, not like that."
Please… lol- most recruiters are much worse than this
… and if you have time after that, please make me coffee
I see no issue either. It's just a long winded way to ask to be considered.
I have asked if there was a good email to send my resume to be considered for positions that may be available. :)
You have to start somewhere.

Who got time for "hello and goodbye" when recruiters ghost daily.
This is just spray and pray technique.
I HATE when this happens and it occurs at least 10x a week
I’ll admit KPMG1 put it a bit harshly lol. But yes, some recruiters really do just send out messages to potential candidates all willy nilly hoping someone they find is qualified and ends up getting hired. They get paid for every hire so I kinda get it. But yea I agree, it can be a bit annoying constantly being asked to apply for things that don’t match my qualifications or career goals.
...or may be English is not their first language.
That sounds like a copout.
“But, isn’t it your job to find me a job?”

You can see from comments recruiters don't like it but other non-recruiters see no issue with that approach lol
Seems like the only non-recruiters who are OK with this are EY 🤣
