But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. I’m not sure if he’s changing the meaning or isn’t communicating what he’s envisioning or what but it’s embarrassing to be called out like that, and to have people think you’re the dumb 23 year old.

HR: I still didn’t get approval from finance on the freelance req. not answering email.
