How would you explain the different caliber of people of MBB vs Big 4/ACN? Curious to hear your thoughts

What's a median salary (considering all US employees) for big 4, Accenture, MBB and FAANG? Is 200k for big 4/ACN, 300K for MBB, 400k for FAANG a good ball park estimate?

Anyone else scroll through LinkedIn and constantly feel behind in their career? Everyone I know is exiting from MBB to VC/PE and I’m still making peanuts at Big 4. How do you deal with knowing you’re mediocre/less sharp?

Is it normal for PPMD to jump around? I feel like I’ve met a few that have spent time as PPMD at different firms or have just recently joined EY from another Big 4/competitor.

For those in big 4, how much time between accepting an offer and start date have you been able to ask for? Is a month feasible/how should one phrase it? Two weeks just doesn’t feel like enough with this heavy burnout/having to wrap up deals at old firm

Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

I don’t think people understand what the difference between conservative and liberal judicial philosophies are. Liberal judges see the Constitution as guidelines for the court to interpret and then cement things into law that they deem reflect the current mood of the day, essentially serving as a tool for policymaking outside of the legislative branch.
