I am 5’4 and my weight fluctuates from 128-135. How do you short waisted women keep your tummy flat or give this illusion? I’m fairly active, eat well, and I don’t feel bad about my weight but in photos I feel like my torso is sooo short and emphasizes my pudge.

First off, that height and weight is actually my goal weight! You're doing great. Totally understand the pudge concern - I try to wear higher-waisted bottoms or something I can wear untucked on top. I've always found dresses to be more forgiving than skirt/pant separates, too. In an emergency, Spanx or something similar!

Exercise in focuses areas, need to do abs exercises and flexibility movements. Tighten and tone waist area.

Waistline for anybody 30+ inches is too much.

I agree with high waisted attire, proportions body better, dresses A line, now low/empire waist.

Heels, dancing heels are pretty and better on feet. Elongated leg to waist ratio.

Are you wearing petite size clothing? If your torso is short, you may want to try petite size tops and dresses and see if the shorter cut helps.

Most importantly, remember that you are most important that you are happy with your weight and appearance. Focusing on your physical health and overall well-being is more important than chasing a particular appearance. Appreciate who you are as unique and treat your body with a positive attitude.

Hi! My peloton is arriving tomorrow and it’s motivated me to stick with a routine and eat healthier given how much that thing costs 😅. I’ve never done pre/post workout shakes before. Does anyone have any recommendations on which protein powders to look into and when to drink the shakes? And also like what to mix with it? Thanks in advance!

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. I know everything doesn’t fall on her shoulder but things haven’t been great as of late. Hopefully they figure out something soon.

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣. I let people know there were some personal things going on, but didn’t mention the PTSD—very unsure if that’s something to share, or if I’d be judged for it or... I don’t even know. Has anyone else dealt with PTSD and had it impact them at work, and how did you handle it?
