Parents are deciding between moving to WVirginia vs Virginia at retirement to be closer to us based in fairfax (ideally be at 1 hour driving distance). They currently in the mid west but WVirginia appeals to them because of low taxes, low cost of living. We are also poc so appreciate some diversity.

I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I now severely regret not applying for the job and cannot stop thinking about it to the point of insomnia and depression. I even contacted the employer but too late. I made a mistake starting SIP in a ULIP. Used to invest 7500 per month starting from November 2018. I have discontinued my premium payments since last year. That is when my fund was moved to an interim surrender state and now it earns 4% per annum interest.

After 5 years of lock-in that is November 2023, can i withdraw the entire amount at a time? (Of course after paying surrender charges)

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

Let's say a person join a company X and then switches to Y after few years. Again switches to company Z after few months. Now the thing is both the previous employers provided Pf but the new company Z which is still growing doesn't have a pf contribution since it is starting out in india. What would happen to existing PF accounts if not withdrawn , will it earn interest? What would i need to do as an employee? Any timelines to follow?
