I am thinking about starting Keto, but am vegetarian so protein is always an issue for me. Any reqs on how to get started?

There are lots of great protein shakes and powders that can help - I don’t know if you are open to milk proteins so you’d have to check.

I like premier protein chocolate shakes and clear drinks, quest chips, isopure powder is carb free too. Any one of these contain ~20% of your daily value of protein. Also, if you eat cheese that will be a lot easier too - great source of protein and fat.

I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I now severely regret not applying for the job and cannot stop thinking about it to the point of insomnia and depression. I even contacted the employer but too late. It's a small town and rarely anything comes up. I hate myself and feel like I failed my family. :(
