Hey folks
I got a call from TCS to interview for a new unit formed within org with the name of Business Transformation Group as per new org restructuring. Anyone from TCS who can help to understand more about this?
Does it cater to only niche technologies or how does this actually function?

Suspicious. We don’t have any partners at Accenture
Sorry, should have mentioned MD
If you are going for SM role , your 2nd interview is with an MD. Shouldn’t be too hard , some project experience, executive presence , some fit , biz Dev type interview. Finally one with practice lead , just chit chat . Good luck !
Plz post here if D1's approach works. I'm very curious how it doesn't blow up 😉
You will only know by asking…you should ask the recruiter exactly what you just posted to clarify bc you want to be best prepared to f’n rock the interview! Good luck!
Thanks for the advice! I’ll try reaching out to the recruiter on Monday
I'd expect some scenario based questions like "How would you design a xyz system" or "How to approach a value realisation problem"? This is as technical as a MD would go.
Correction: This would be a CaseMD round. Typical consulting style but less focus on calculations.
