What are the terms of withdrawal? If anything, you should be able to get out of the contract with a simple letter to leadership describing how they aren’t fulfilling their end of the contract, which could be considered a breach of contract on their part…
What kind of property management did you hire?!
Is it some large national company? You mentioned a “local rep” which makes it sound like it’s a big national company that has a lot of layers of management and processes.
Personally, I would want a small property management company that only manages properties in the local market I need them in.
Residential Property Manager. Researched management companies in my area. There are some folks that have property in another state. So, should I think of it from the perspective that it is possible not to meet folks in person? I spoke to a leasing Agent over the phone and the Property Manager, both reside in different states.
I wouldn't use some large property management company. Most realtors do it. Ask ur realtor if they know anyone. Or just do it yourself, one rental is easy af to manage.
