I opened up Roth IRA for the first time, and got yelled by a rep at Fidelity for not being “risky and adventurous to earn a lot more money.” What does this mean?! I have pretax 401k maxed out, HSA almost maxed out, and about to max out contribution for IRA once my Roth 401k rolls over. I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs.
