Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

I'm sorry, that's rough. In spite of the promotion, you'd think they'd realize you're still "you" at the end of the day..
I honestly wouldn't either, that sort of thing brings back a flood of painful high school memories for me. Really hope the rest of your day gets better.
It's lonely at the top. Lol, just kidding, kind of. I definitely relate. I think people see me differently since becoming a manager, and while I understand it, it still gets to me sometimes. Hopefully you have people who are also in leadership who can support you through it.
I would try not to sweat it. Totally normal that there would be a shift in your relationship now that you’re their manager. Coworkers are going to gossip and complain about their workplace to a certain degree no matter what. Better for you to stay out of it as long as they are still coming to you with significant concerns or issues. Maybe pull them aside and have a quick 1:1 with each of them to check in.
I’m sorry that happened! It comes with shift in relationship since you’re their manager now. I would ignore it. If you have check in meetings with them, ask them how they feel about the change. This will give them the opportunity to share anything they want to.
Probably just behaving out of habit. They're used to you being one of their peers and it takes time to adjust to a change in power dynamics. Don't sweat it.
Well your their boss now right? You HAVE to be able to maintain a professional separation. You can be friendly but you’re not their friend, you’re their boss. Yah that kind of sucks to overhear that but… let it go. Management isn’t for everyone, it’s really tough… especially when it comes to maintaining those relationships and walking those tightropes of who is your friend and who you can only be friendly with.
