Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Dont power trip. 😒 S/he probably hates that you're trying to "manage" them. If you look at amazing leaders, they dont make it seem like theyre trying to manage you, but instead work with you together.
not sure how to handle his rude tone, but (as long as you arent piling too much on him) for the work tell him that you need him to help you with what you assigned him because you're working on XYZ, you're happy to look it over once he's completed the assignment if he doesnt feel comfortable with task, and of course if he has any questions you're there for him.
if you make it sound like he's looking like he's incompetent instead of lazy (as long as he isnt just overwhelmed with too much work) he'll take the hint and do the job
Overt aggression
Thanks, @EY1. Any suggestions on how to handle his rude tone, and attempts to push work back on to me?
Shank one of them to assert dominance.
Thanks for your suggestions, all! We work on multiple projects at once, so we're all busy. I'm a recent senior promote and it was part of my feedback for this year to give more work to the staff I'm responsible for and learn how to review their work. Just not sure how to deal with this guy's entitled behavior.
