I’m an S2 in Audit. I’m really, really done but also overwhelmed with the job search. I need remote + 40 hours but I can’t afford a pay cut from my current salary (LCOL). Recruiters keep tossing jobs to me that are less than I’m currently making and have terrible benefits. I have 1.5 years to manager. WWYD? And what roles should I be looking for if I just want to work with numbers and not clients? Data entry is my dream job atm but I’ve priced myself out of that lol.

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.

I am in a comfortable spot with a good team but the work is dull, new role would be consulting with more work & travel

The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. So I have a felony. I interviewed with a recruiter today who was super cheerful and nice. Once I disclosed my felony, which she already knew about since a friend referred me to her, she immediately stopped the interview and said she couldn’t in good faith move forward on my application given the nature of my offense. I explained that I had done my time, paid my fines and restitution and had the experience to become a great asset to the organization. -she suggested I look into bartending.
