I'm currently working at SAP India with a fixed CTC of 29.18. I've cleared Cisco's interview rounds and I'm getting an offer of 37 L (Fixed).

My work life balance here at SAP is quite good. I'm wondering if I should make the switch or not considering all the negativity around layoffs.
