If you only do 4 weeks you’ll immediately regain any weight lost (which will probably be minimal, seeing as you’ll be on the lowest dose - you’re supposed to slowly titrate up to the therapeutic dose).
Frankly if all you’re doing is trying to eat healthier and occasionally exercising, of course you’re not going to see changes. You need to substantially reduce your caloric intake (to at least 500 calories below your daily maintenance calories) and be disciplined in a fitness routine. The drugs help reduce your appetite, but if you’re disciplined you can just eat less for free. There’s nothing wrong with trying the drugs, but if money is tight and you could only afford it for 4 weeks, I would go the free route. Buckle down and eat way less. Lift weights.
