Living below my means and investing the rest
You don't have to do much! Just upskill as much as you can because the truth is that AI can't do all the jobs and rather, it would create more jobs. Watch out for how new job roles and positions will spring up in the coming years.
I'm not too bothered by AI because it will always have its limits. I just focused on my self. I believe in continuous progress and staying updated with new skills helps me navigate changes in the job market, AI or not
Instead of fearing AI, embrace it! Learn the basics of coding, familiarize yourself with automation tools, and understand how technology can enhance your work. Become the master of the machines, not their victim.
AI will be a great tool to enhance our role but when we're at our best, it's usually because we've created solid relationships with the people that we work with at a human level. It may take a while for AI to replicate that. Learn the tool, learn how others are using it and have discussions with creatives, strategists and leaders about how to bring the best of it to the work/agency.
If anything - has a high performer you can use AI to your advantage cause at the end of the day, you still need to look over the work, there will always be flaws.
