Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..

Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?

I just wrapped up interviewing with Slalom, and am probably going to make the switch. I'm 4 years out of undergrad with about the same salary as you OP. I said $120, and at the end they offered me $122. I then leaned on them a bit more (because some of their benefits fall way short of Accentures), and got $135. So it's possible.
A1 how does that make sense at all- you asked for 120 and they decided to give you 135? lol
Yeah what? No offense...but how are you worth 135k (even 120k) at 26-27 years old....
I'll weigh in and clarify folks, because I'm realizing my casual comment created a chain reaction here haha. #1 - 4 years out of undergrad. #2 - my comp at Accenture is between $110-$115K all in. #3 - I communicated this fact to Slalom when the interview process began. #4 - I do feel like I crushed the interviews, for what it's worth. I also helped stand up a practice at ACN as a senior analyst, and leaned heavily on that piece of my resume during the entire interview process. #5 - I was initially offered $122K. #6 - I felt justified in asking for more. Accenture has incredible benefits, and in order to switch to a smaller firm with a less recognizable name, I needed more comp. #7 - after some back and forth, presenting my case calmly and logically, the recruiting manager agreed and gave me $135K (this is what I asked for). #8 - I will say I was told that my comp lies wayyyy on the right for my amount of experience, so it doesn't sound like it's typical.
They underpay so be ready for them to say that's out of their range for the level you are applying for
@Slalom 1 - not sure yet. @KPMG - yea I hear you. Accentures brand is solid. But I still have the experience and can justify my move when telling my story (I think).
Chk glassdoor for your location. They do underpay by roughly 10% at least based on where I am...
Also, their projects are all local so factor in that expense.
I wouldn’t expect much of a bump, if any at all. I got an offer last year that was a bit lower on base and bonus. And vacation days were waaaay too low
A1’s story sounds miraculous. I doubt you could get 135. But try it🤷🏻♂️
Acc2 been around consulting much? That’s not even the base of our mba level, then 20-30% bonus and another 10% profit sharing on top of both... plenty of people in our firm pulling down much higher numbers at that age.
A2 - 140K is attainable at 27, even outside of MBB. MBA hires easily get that at Big 4 and the like.
MBA hire is pretty much the only way you're pulling in 140k at 27 at ACCENTURE. Not sure about your firms...exception would be a high performer (making manager by 27) in a high COL city.
A1's salary is possible based on these factors
High demand skills (cloud, sales force, analytics)
Amazing interview that demonstrated clear problem structuring skills
Communication skills that would make even obama swoon
Previous experience leading bd experience
Lead roles for awhile
Sme skills
Decent sized city
Either way...id say impressive. Definitely rare
Definitely not crazy to be making 6 figures in consulting. I hit 6 figures base my second year out of undergrad

A2– 140k at 27 is solid pay in the grand scheme but the ceiling is way above that. If you are mbb out of undergrad and stick around 5 years, you are certainly making 200k+, at least. If you start mbb and jump ship after 2 years, there are also a lot of common and significantly more lucrative paths where 27 year olds are making 300k
^i agree. Consulting is definitely one of the better paying industries, but certainly not the highest. I have plenty of friends in IB and VC that make at least $220K pre-bonuses. I'll get there one day ... :)
Most recruiters would likely think you’re lying based off number of years experience. But it depends on the city. I’m in a cheaper market and am paid well comparatively. Any time I talk to a recruiter about an external position and I tell them what I make they think I’m lying
How many days of vacation we talking about here? I’m used to having this absurd number of days that I don’t take, so they just pile up in my benefits page
