Hi fishies! Are there any recruiters from Facebook (Meta) who would be kind enough to review my resume and give me some feedback? I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I filled the house with fruits and veg and soups and all the green foods. I also had a food scale. Every time I got hungry I would put 100g in a bowl, log it, and snack on them. I was almost never hungry but stayed within budget the whole time!
Another tip is some days I would go over, but I’d make it up the next day, because days aren’t siloed. Went from around 220lbs to 190lbs in 3 months and kept it off for half a year now.

Commenting to follow- in the middle of the 2 week trial right now, and so far so good.
I started Noom after Memorial Day and down 20 lbs. so far. I focus more on the calories than green/yellow/red, but do make more progress with green foods. Some of their categories are way off, though. Like, Pedialyte for my hangover may be low cal, but should it really be green? Guess green doesn’t necessarily equal healthy.
