Wearing to work today

I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

Absolutely not. We are being forced to attend an hour long virtual meeting to tell each other what we appreciate about ourselves. None of us have time for this. It's better than last year's mandatory 2 hour training.

The person who oversees all the admins. We don't need to appreciate each other, we already do. There is no recognition from the execs we support lol. It's so dumb.
^ see job title - I had ONE person from my team send me a thank you the evening before bc she was going to be out on Wednesday. No one else acknowledged, including my supervisor, my director, or anyone in the C-Suite. It’s not even that hard :)
Yea I never really look forward to it either. I am lucky if I get a thank you when the day comes along andmost of the time that is an after though. I can tell that I am not appreciated at all.
