When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.

If you’ve been there for a year, the baby may take off 4 weeks before it needs to start billing.
In fairness to OP, firms sometimes have different leaves available to birthing moms vs. adopting moms (due to the physical disability component) and that could be the Q here
OP, we just call the trolls who have never had to think about anyone but themselves “men” these days.

“Birthing parent”—you mean the mother…?

No…. Parental leave policies differentiate by “birthing parent.” Sometimes mothers are not birthing parents. For example, upon adoption or use of a surrogate. Or when two women have a child together and only one is the biological mother. Also sometimes non-mothers are birthing parents, for example when trans men give birth.
You really weren’t aware of adoption, surrogacy, or queer women?
Given Paul comma Weiss’ concessions to the Trumpistas, I’d recommend using the term “mother” rather than “birthing parent” if you want to keep your job.
@A5, they seem like a funny person. Take notes.
