What are they doing specifically? Are you the only one being singled out? I don't think I've ever been in that position before, but I agree you should document everything and maybe try to meet one on one with your manager to see if you can get some support. Unless your manager is part of the problem, in which case I would be looking for other jobs because it might be impossible to overcome :/

Manager is the problem and thank you yes currently looking.
Sorry you’re going through this. Been there. Keep a record of things. Note accounts and dates/times. Take screenshots and keep them organized. I’ve been bad about doing some of this myself, but do what you can. It’s unfortunate that it’s extra unpaid labor, but hopefully it can protect you and give you some options while you look to join another team or find another role elsewhere.
Absolutely. I wish I had more advice on how to navigate it through conversations and other communication. When I was going through something similar I tried to speak directly with someone first and noticed their behavior did improve for a bit, but then it kept happening. I went to my supervisor and they weren’t receptive to it. I tried to bring it up differently a few months later and still no go. But I’m sure others have some suggestions on what to try. I never went to HR directly because I know they’re there for the company and not us. But I did note some of my experiences in reviews so it was expressed and had some paper trail.
OP I am so sorry that you are going through this. Having been through it myself I know how hard and mentally taxing it is. The best I can tell you is to document document document. Times, dates, all of it. Make sure you are keeping track of everything, and I mean everything.

Thanks a lot!

Document. Document. Document. And know that HR is not your friend or ally. Make sure you have all the incidents down and that your manager is informed of all things.
