It's funny to see companies listing huge salary ranges in their job postings (now that NY requires job listing to state the salary). Already seeing junior positions listed at $60k-$100k and then senior jobs at $60-$130k.

i have two offers, 115k and 105k. I would prefer the 105k job but they can’t match the 115k from my other offer. Has anyone ever left 10k at the table? I live in NYC Btw
