Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Humanscale - I have their chair at home and it’s fantastic. So much better than the Aeron at the office.
Second this - but make sure you get the freedom model and don’t cheap out with the Liberty model! I’ve been using my Freedom chair for years but when I had the Liberty my elbows kept knocking into the seat rest (it’s the design) right on my funny bone and it was excruciating

Don’t have a chair recommendation but what helped me with aches is functional training and yoga to strengthen muscles.
My problem wasn’t the chair, it was the height of my standard desk built for a 6’ tall man, which I am not. I have a full electric standing desk at home and it’s been a miracle now that I can adjust the work surface lower than a standard desk height (and standing throughout the day is awesome too). When I work at home, no pain. On days I have to be in the office, lots of lower back stretches at night.

Backjoy chair liner is really good for realigning you!
Get a task chair with adjustable arm rests. Get up every hour to stretch.
