If you're into mindfulness and/or meditation, I use the free app Plum Village. Technically it's for practicing Buddhists, but you don't have to be to get value out of the wealth of content.

Ooo an app I haven’t heard of… let me check it out. Thank you!
I think Nema Health is traditional therapy — 12 sessions of CPT for trauma followed by group therapy. I haven’t done it so I cannot speak to its quality or effectiveness.

I guess it’s just a bit more comprehensive then one session a week kind of therapy.

I have not but now I'm curious about it.

Right! One session a week isn’t cutting it for me.
That's awesome that you're taking accountability over your mental health journey. A truly comprehensive program, like the one you mentioned, often goes beyond traditional talk therapy to address the deep, subconscious patterns we all carry.
Regardless if you choose to go with this program, or decide on another, you still have a lot of governorship on what kind of mental health care journey you want. It's about identifying the "invisible chains"—like the fear of disappointing others or the guilt of outgrowing your old self.
So ask yourself, what do you want out of the next length of your life? For me, I'm actively seeking experiences to feel happier. Learning to give yourself permission to be happy is one of the most effective forms of high-level support there is. It's a process of "graduating" from beliefs that no longer serve you. Either way, I'm certain you're going to benefit no matter what! Good luck!

I have not but I'm curious. Can you explain more please?

Yeah, of course! By comprehensive care, I mean programs that go beyond the usual once a week therapy. They often have a whole team supporting you, more frequent sessions, group therapy, and check ins that make it feel more structured. I’ve been reading about places like Nema Health and also Charlie Health, which offers virtual IOP programs.
Just saw this post - I work at Nema and am happy to answer questions if helpful. I am obviously biased in that I think that programs that are customized to your specific condition can be more helpful and personalized. The reason why therapy is once a week is largely due to convenience of scheduling rather than any evidence or research that once weekly therapy is the right "dose" of therapy. For PTSD and stress-related disorders, which Nema treats, there is evidence that shows intensive therapy leads to much lower dropout and therefore a higher probably of better outcome - so that's why we do the therapy 2-5 times per week with folks. I hope that info helps! You can also book an info call to get your Qs answered on the website.
Also, I really hope that you find the right care for yourself, regardless of who it's with, and that you feel better soon.
