I’ve used AI tools to “optimize” my resume but all they really did was stuff in a bunch of keywords to match the job description. Sure, I got past ATS filters, but once I made it to an actual interview, I had to explain a resume that sounded like a robot wrote it. Do you think AI is actually helping or just wasting more time in the job searching process?

It's appalling how bad new analyst excel/ ppt skills are. There needs to be a way of judging 'readiness' during the interview process.
