Excited to have an interview for a martech role in Goldman Sach's Executive Office (EO) tomorrow! Anyone here work/have worked in their EO? What should I anticipate for this interview? How long does the interview process last? I also have another offer waiting for my answer which my GS recruiter knows, but am really feeling stressed about the overlap in timelines.

After 3 rounds of interviews (total 4 inc recruiter screen) over the past 5 odd weeks, just got told by a T2 consulting firm that they doesn’t sponsor H1B visas which is frustrating because they were aware of my visa situation right at the start. I’m a software consultant at Oracle where I specialize in one software and help clients implement/optimize it. I’m trying to transition to a strategy/management advisory role because I feel pigeonholed to this one Oracle software. I have a final round case interview coming up and am preparing but have extreme imposter syndrome because I don’t feel like I have the traditional excel data analysis and PowerPoint skills they are looking for. Is it just me or is the Google hiring process really slow? I finished my final interview on December 5th…..got team matched on Jan 6th and the recruiter is still waiting for HC decision. He doesn’t respond to emails till I follow up thrice and provides no context on what the hold up is, any thoughts? Is this expected or am I stuck with a not so seasoned recruiter (FWIW he’s relatively new ~8 months in)
