Just got off a call where a client asked if flood insurance would cover their pool overflowing because of “vibes.” Not rain. Not a storm. “Vibes.” I smiled and explained calmly, but internally I screamed. What’s the wildest thing a client has ever asked if they were covered for?

These are funny. The worst I’ve had is someone who wanted to add their cousin or brother (I don’t recall) to their policy. When I asked for his DL, she said he doesn’t have his license because he’s from Mexico. I told her that was ok. We can work with a foreign license. She said, “No. He doesn’t have his license there either. He’s never had his license. He has a passport though. Can you use that number to add him? How much will it be?” Nothing, ma’am. It won’t cost you anything because you’re not adding an unlicensed driver to your policy. 😑

Insured asked if she had theft coverage because her neighbors were replacing the historic bricks in the stoop of her brownstone with modern bricks, shaving her silk carpets and replacing her antiques with modern replicas

As funny as it sounds, there may actually be coverage. Most homeowners wordings are failry similar. A pool would qualify as a domestic water container. If the escape is sudden and accidental, like say they were "vibing" and someone crashed into the side of an above ground pool causing the water to escape, there'd likely be coverage in the base property wording (not even necessarily the flood wording).

He is nothing less than a con man & will promise you a lot to make you join the account. After that he will put you in testing projects. If you ask for a release, he will either not release you or release with a very bad rating and influence other project managers to not take you into their projects.

You will be left with no choice other than leaving TCS.

1. MSc Management
2. Business Analysis and Consulting
3. MBA (not so easy as I don't want to give GMAT, will select certain colleges that do not need GMAT score)

Leadership asked me to move to a corporate apartment since the project is long term. Hate the apartment, terribly maintained and no restaurants nearby. There are C/SCs who live there and hate it too..
