Had a lateral interview back in January. Looked at the firm’s website and the posting was taken down. I had emailed two weeks ago, and they were still moving through the process. What do I make of it?

Recently i given a interview in hdfc bank for sales manager Auto loan - but i had intermediate - distance mode ( single sitting ).. they said ur not eligible has per company policy - So did i did some thing wrong in my studies... Hi, I have approx 9 years of experience and given 3rd round of interview which was director round in last week for Senior Software Engineer position. I went well and he mentioned that feedback is good, they will match CTC of 37 LPA which is offered by other organization and also give good number of RSU's.

I wanted to know following things:

How much time they take after director round for further process?
How much RSU's I can expect and how's its value is calculated in qualys?

Am an executive assistant and There is one executive I support who is very annoying. He doesn't behave this way with backup admin assistants when am out of the office

How do you deal or work with such people?

Have interviews set up at FAANG co and getting good signals, for a position that was posted widely (all across US) but not remote. Haven’t broached the subject of location yet. Would you (1) early on clearly state that you’re not open to relocation but that you would be open to visiting a big office once or twice a month; (2) not say anything now and wait to get an offer and ask for an exemption; or (3) something else?

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
