Looking at a job at jp morgan. What level is control manager associate? Looks like a manager position requiring 5-7 years of work experience but I am not sure why it says manager and then associate after that?

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers.
