I myself just completed PMA's Product Marketing Core Cert, but I can't do it all myself and run Demand Gen and Mar Ops. Also HM experience should I require?

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing?
