rent: 25000
misc: 25000 (maid/cook/grocery/wifi/electricity)
emi: 75000
saving: 175000 (mf/stock/nps/ppf/rd/fd)
other exp: 20000
rest: stays in bank & gets moved to saving or loan prepayments as & when needed
all figures are INR per month

Actually I took a home loan five years back for a flat in Noida which is already at a good position, I mean I bought it at 4000 sq ft and it is now almost 6-7k per square feet.
My parents live there and we have recently shifted to another city, and hence buying a lot of stuff for the house lately.
your current purchase is just a temporary spike so I will be controlled in sometime. One settled you can contain the expenditures within 1 LPM. That is possible.
