I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Consider an email to the secretarial manager or office manager informing them of the superb job she did and how she is invaluable to your team. You can then send her a copy and let her know how much you appreciate her. In this economy some job security or perhaps even a larger bonus will be greatly appreciated. Lawyers never do this (it is hard to get lawyers to give annual evaluations) so this will stick out to the HR people.
Amazon’s a good one. I’ve had uber eats deliver a box of cookies, cupcakes.
A food / care package type gift would be perfect - thoughtful but not over the top
I once got a kind of Harry and David snack set (cheeses, crackers, some other snacks in a cute gift box) after a particularly intense project and appreciated it. Seemed like the right level of nice but not over the top.
Good idea, but caution that I did this for some well-deserving juniors earlier during covid and it took about 5 weeks to arrive.
Amazon is great idea (even if it’s $20 that’s a good book or 2 or like getting a discount on something more expensive). I wouldn’t discourage you from a gift, but for me personally, a heartfelt thank you email is worth as much or more to me at work. Even better if you go out of your way to send an email to her manager or HR which should be helpful at review time.
