Check the keto subreddit. They have a really detailed faq linked in the right hand sidebar and I also found searching the subreddit for my questions to be super helpful.

Everything you need is there. Pay special attention to supplementing electrolytes (make ketoade!) and eating enough protein.
For recipes, you can search for keto anything and find a way to make it. Plus, there are keto-specific creations with their own lingo. Check out recipes for cheesebuns, fathead pizza, microtacos, cloud bread, egg loaf, and crack slaw.
Seconded on ketoade and protein - those were my two biggest stumbling blocks! (Not getting enough of each)
Make sure to calculate your macros and remember fat is a ceiling, not a floor - you don’t have to hit it. Keep your net carbs down and hit your protein macro, fat is to satiate.

OP, that’s cool! It’s nice to know my eating habits are doctor-recommended. It’s funny how much misinformation there is out there about grains, like “brown rice is healthy” when in fact your body metabolizes it as sugar. I’m excited for you to learn more about keto, it blew my mind and made my day-to-day so much easier. I don’t get sleepy after eating lunch, never have cravings, and don’t spend any time thinking about food, calories, or how my body looks since it’s so easy to stay in shape eating this way. Welcome! It may take you a while to go fully keto, just FYI. It’s a big shift from the standard American diet.
I also find most “fat bomb” recipes to still be more carb heavy than I’d like but google keto haystacks which are a go-to when I’m hungry and need something sweeter than a cheese cube 😂
But agree keto has been great for me, I’m in the best shape of my life and as others mentioned i don’t crash during the day cause I’m not constantly having to replenish carbs for energy

YouTube for Dr Annette Bosworth and the Keto Connect folks. I’ve learned a lot from them. Dr B’s book was an easy read and it gave me some good insight to the challenges and solutions to the startup process. Good luck, OP!
