Need help from folks experienced in OPex pricing. I am selling a deal to a customer and have devised a pricing strategy to convert CapEx IT project spend into OPEx so that customer will pay for our services over time (like a subscription). How will this impact TCV booking when I sell the deal?

What do you think about 100 e-mails, 25 conversations on the phone (not calls, conversation), 30 connection on LinkedIn, 30 messages on LinkedIn? What are usually kpi in companies like salesforce for example?
