Need some advice on continued education. Are any of the online strategy courses worth it if you're paying out of pocket?

Some context: I'm 24 w/ ~2yoe at a regional shop. I was the first hire in my dept and have never had any formal strategy training. I've been learning on the fly and tailoring each project workflow to client needs, but as a result, but it feels like I'm starting from scratch every time. If I have to pay my own way, what courses *are* worth it? Mark Pollard? Julian Cole?

I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand. They’ve been asking for every strategy deck I’ve made on that brand as an example to go by to inform the thinking/flow on the sister brand. Also because I mentioned it went well with client when they ask. All for sharing thinking w/ the team & I know we feel imposter syndrome to varying degrees, but I also feel like it’s good for planners to find their own voice/style/flow. Thoughts?

What’s the word on Ace Metrix? Pros, cons? Every tool has them. More and more of my clients are using it... both for creative pre testing and measurement.

Does anyone else have problems with people from other disciplines just flat out rewriting strategy slides in decks? Any tips on how to get the behavior to stop? In internal checkins everyone always seems on board, but afterward they will just go in and completely change the slides without consulting me. I love feedback, but I've never experienced this before and rewriting slides without my input feels like a major line being crossed. Unless I'm just crazy? I truly don't know any more.
