Go to Morningstar and look up Fidelity’s proprietary funds (e.g. FXAIX). Research which funds make the most sense for you based on your objectives (preservation of capital, growth, income, etc..), time horizon and risk tolerance. Check the fund’s ratings too.

Would you say Austin’s real estate market will go through a correction in 2022? I am considering there in a few months (wife and 3 kids) from a normal-priced city. While we can afford a house there, I am scared of getting into an extremely risky investment seeing such fast growing prices in 2021. I’ve read both bull and bear scenarios online and I’d like to get some “Bowl’s” thoughts. Thanks!

Does anyone know how to make their resume look more manager like? My resume shows:

- I have the skills and experience.
- I tailored it to the job description

The recruiter at a job fair yesterday said I'm a good fit, but to send her an email with edits to the resume to make it look more like a managers one because they have to sell applicants to higher ups and schedule an interview.

I can't wait too long to send it, so nervous as I'm picking at it trying to further change it.

I’m afraid my coworkers inability to complete his duties is somehow being reflected onto me? What’s the most tactful way to have a conversation, either with him or the owner? Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move. Any advise how to plan the switch. At present have 60K invested in stocks. Thanks
