Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Probably the most common thought among alcoholics is "if only x problem would go away, then I can stay sober," and often that problem can seemingly be solved with money. This, of course, is not the case, as anyone with quality sobriety can attest. You are not helping then by giving money, nor are you harming them by not giving them money.
Will never forget the meeting I went to when an old timer said his mom “helped” him until she was literally bankrupt. After that he got sober. He said he and his mom agree that her bankruptcy was the best thing that ever happened for both of them.
You've done all you can do. You can be helpful, but you can't solve. Only they can help themselves. Wait for them to take you up on the offer to go to a meeting.
Good for you. If you’re not comfortable giving them cash, don’t do it and hold the boundary. I’m dealing with a brother in active addiction and trying to hold these boundaries my self.
