Not feeling too good right now…I was harshly critiqued for my performance on my first few calls…to the point of a condescending manner that was taken back once the trainer realized that I had, actually followed through with the right steps of the call. I didn’t appreciate the brashness and I ended up requesting a change of hands with my next meeting with her. Now I’m afraid I might lose my job with the company because I made a complaint about it. Paranoid 🙈

Have a really good relationship with current company, but got an amazing offer and very likely gonna leave (signed the offer, waiting for all the background checks to come back). How do you tell your boss you are leaving the company (if boss is not a dick lol) and not ruin relationship?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

Having multiple offers in hand how to say nicely that I'm not going to join to other companies formally. What would be the best way?

I do feel bad when people can’t afford our subscription any more even though they love it. However, I wish they would stop getting mad at me over it. It’s not my fault!

My company is receiving backlash for…let’s say a poor decision that has gone viral in my city. For 3 days, almost everyone who has called customer support is just looking to insult and yell at us. This isn’t our fault :/
