I am getting a 3% interest rate on a jumbo loan with 20% down on a $850,000 single family home. The ball park in July was 2.65 - 2.75
Checking if folks are noticing a spike in interest rates or if I need to look for another lender.

There’s a debit card that I’ve been using for the past 4 years and it beats out some of the cash back credit cards. It’s the Cash app debit card. I haven’t heard people talk about it in the card community and it could save people a bit of money - 10% cash back. Help!! My bestfriend is doing two months abroad and was trying to fly into turkey when they told her she couldn't because her passport expired within three months.

She went to the US Embassay in Athens knowing she had a month left of traveling, and gave her an emergency passport and punched holes in her exsisting one. Now no country will let her in with her emergency passport.

Seeking feedback on GAP insurance. I had a family member who purchased a car in June or July. They were in an accident last week and it sounds like the car will be declared a total loss. Never dealt with this before, so wanted to ask if anyone has ever had an instance where the insurance didn't cover the outstanding balance of the loan and the insured then owed money? Car was $35k, $7k down, finance $28k. Gap insurance is through lender, not auto insurer.
