Ok, all you BDR/SDR gurus! I don't have the degree path at all, but what I do have is 20+ years of customer support/service with upsales, and technical support. I have worked very hard in the skillset areas of communication, time management, software tools (Office, Google, Teams, etc.), teamwork and every imaginable little area that I would consider important and transferable. Should I take this role?
Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)

I hardly work for more than 30 mins a day in my current project in a small company. It's server monitoring support work and mostly no issues. I have 15 years work exp but still getting only 11 LPA. Should I remain here for wlb or upskill and move up.
