One of my relative want to switch his career from software testing to Vlsi after 9 yrs,is it possible to have VLSI job oriented training from good institutes to get into atleast service based companies.Plz anybody provide suggestion,is it possible.

Just got a job offer at an agency I’m really excited about, but it’d be a complete lateral move. Same position and same amount of pay now. Is it worth it? Or should I wait until I’m able to move someplace with a pay increase or title move? I’m pretty unhappy right now at my current agency and job. But was really hoping for an increase somewhere. For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?
