People on H1B or any other visa: Are you allowed to invest in stocks and make money?

I should be getting my job offer this week. Can someone tell me if Chase offers benefits such as; student loan repayment, discounted daycare, childcare FSA, employer HSA contribution? If there’s a high-deductible plan what’s the max family out of pocket? What’s the employer 401k match?

Do you have a financial advisor? If so, what firm did you use?

Thoughts on buying pre-construction homes in markets that are popping and flipping selling them when construction is complete?

My uncle does this (he’s a realtor) and usually gets 2-3x return. Obviously there is huge risk because property prices can change a lot in 1-2 years, but at the same time the upside is hard to ignore.

However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive. They are willing to offer 60k euros, but I feel 36 lpa in india is better deal. Companies are equivalent.
