Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
Hi Fishes, Can Anyone please tell, one of my friend joined Tech M in August, At the time of joining she was 3 months pregnant and now shes worrying about her manager. She wants to inform them about her pregnancy; is it right time to inform? Or she needs to wait for 6 more months for that to inform? Anyone please clearify.. The present is the baby 🤷♂️
No - push presents are stupid
No that’s weird
Another baby
My husband gave me a necklace with my daughters birthstone in it (sapphire, with diamonds surrounding it). He and I both think push presents are stupid but he wanted me to have something that I could wear when I go back to traveling. I haven’t taken it off since the night she was born.
Also sorry- I didn’t see this was in consulting dads!
Something related to the baby.. jewelry with birthstones is nice. I got her a necklace and pendant with my son's initials. Added another pendant for the second kid. Push presents are dumb, but that's why they are important to do. They show you're willing to do dumb things to make her happy.
Gave my wife a pair of tanzanite earrings. We don’t really do gifts outside of major anniversaries and push presents.
Sapphire earrings for the first one. I kind of fell off after that!
Photo printer for the first and Apple Watch for the second. Nothing extravagant, but things she specifically asked for and could play with to pass the long hours nursing and rocking baby to sleep. Postpartum is hard. Anything you can do to make it easier for wifey is money well spent - if she had wanted jewelry or a car or a trip or something I would have been down with that too.
Pearl earrings
The baby
First child was born on DC and I guess we were oblivious. 2nd child was born on Long Island and it’s all about status there. My coworkers were NOT happy that my wife and I thought push presents were strange. I’m back in DC now and no one will ever know or care that we were push present free. 🙌
Nice mechanical Swiss watch
Stackable birthstone rings for each kid’s birth month.
Got my wife an indoor swing seat. Initially thought about a rocking chair, but I knew she'd love a swinging seat more. Gave it to her a few weeks before she delivered so she could enjoy it when she was pregnant and then she could use it with the baby after delivery. She loves it. We now have a one month old and she loves the swing seat. We have fairy lights on it and she's mesmerized by it. It's about the thought and what your wife/partner will like.
A cure to that "baby fever."
