Audit is quite retroactive and I feel like I don't really help my clients improve. The hours don't help and I thought going from Deloitte to GT would help but it didn't. What can I pursue? Thinking of Consulting....

I have practiced for five years and make $121k as an employee of a financial services company. As the only attorney, I oversee all statewide collections efforts, from demand letter to garnishment, with a case volume of nearly 7k new cases per year, of which the majority I end up litigating. I receive only a $1k bonus per year. Is my compensation fair? My last insurance defense gig was $75k.
