Currently working as a process engineer in switzerland (south east). Salarys and Rent are Medium High. Current salary around 80k. Trying to switch to sales (same company). Had a talk with the teamleader. He talked about the job and told me that they were actually looking for a junior sales (and some product management responsibilities ). That they are looking for a junior isn't to bad, because i have no experience in sales (customer contact yes, but no sales) What salary can i expect?

Does EY GDS and EY Global have separate sets of clients or does GDS aide Global in its operations ? I have an SAP offer from GDS but worried if I'll actually get any direct client exposure.

I have ADD and occasionally make small mistakes in my work, like leaving a word missing when editing sentences, small formatting errors or leaving an internal comment in drafts sent to clients. All partners have been very understanding and care about the quality of my work, and no client has ever complained. Partners and clients praise my work.

But now, one partner has become super mad and when I explained ADD, he said:

Hi 👋🏻 Would love some support here - looking to build out a bonus structure for a Sales Engagement Mgr role - it isn't a typical sales role - this person will be closing deals but not necessarily securing leads. If they will be scoring leads, it will be organic via conferences, partnerships. Of course, we want to encourage and incentivize this person. Potentially giving then an extra 20-50k bonus potential. I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed?
