Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

That’s a great question! I think maybe the answer though is in the question. If you feel like you are getting all of the legal updates and info you need then why would you need it? If it isn’t standing in your way there may be no point.
Maybe I should reframe it to be do prospective employer want to see that on my qualifications

It can only be a plus if you’re pursuing a career in HR. Whether or not it’s worth the sticker price depends on how much you value the certification.
